At Flourish – A Better You, we are committed to providing the highest quality clinical skincare, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services. To maintain our standards of safety, hygiene, and clinical excellence, we adhere to a strict refund policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through the Flourish website or in-person at our Louisville flagship—including skincare products, service packages, gift cards, and deposits—are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
2. Services and Deposits
Service Packages: Payments for aesthetic or wellness service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between patients.
Booking Deposits: Any deposits required to secure an appointment are non-refundable. These are utilized to protect our providers' time and ensure availability for all clients.
3. Retail & Skincare Products
Due to the medical nature of our inventory and strict hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returns on skincare or wellness products once they have left our facility or been delivered. This ensures the integrity and safety of the products we provide to our community.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that a physical product arrives damaged or has a documented manufacturer defect, please contact us at hello@flourishabetteryou.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will review these instances on a case-by-case basis for a potential replacement of the same item.
5. Gift Cards
Flourish gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards should be treated like cash; Flourish is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
